Do objects have a molecular memory retained from extreme events?
This is the first film in my new Memory of Objects series. It was shot on location in the Château de Rochebonne, France. The château was originally built in 1628 but razed to the ground in 1799 during the French Revolution. Later it was shared by two estranged brothers who split the house in two. It was occupied by the German army during World War II. This film explores the objects inside in intimate detail.
